CM Advisor vs. CM At Risk. As the marketplace has become more focused on the financial impact of decisions made throughout the design and construction process we have seen owners relying more heavily on either Owner’s Reps or CM Advisors. Each of these has played an increasing role in controlling the process. In addition there is increasing reliance on the CM at Risk, another name for the General Contractor. This session will explore the impact of these players on the Architect’s role primarily during Construction Contract Administration.
