These are excellent IPD-ish Strategies to create real teamwork and bring Construction Services on as professional service. As you say, only the largest of projects can benefit from complex true IPD contracts, and using the "standard" agreements available and tailoring them to incorporate these common sense strategies will benefit all project types. Thanks for sharing.
