As an Architect who has worked in the legal world as an expert witness for over 2o years, I see many pitfalls that Architects are not aware of. This short article is of my experience with "Standard of Care" issues that come up in legal matters against Architects. It may seem simple to not fall into these traps, yet you would be surprised over what issues Architects get in trouble.
