Jason Dale Pierce, AIA, LEED AP, BD+C, NCARB,  is an accomplished architecture leader with a career defined by mentorship, practice leadership, and the cultivation of strong professional communities. As Federal Practice Director for Architecture, Jason provides strategic leadership for multidisciplinary teams, guiding vision, performance, and business development for complex government and civic projects nationwide.

Throughout his career, Jason has held senior leadership roles within his firms, where he is known for building collaborative cultures, developing talent, and aligning practice strategy with long-term organizational goals. His leadership style emphasizes trust, clarity, and creating environments where people feel supported and inspired to grow.
