I am the Managing Director of Membership & Engagement at the American Institute of Architects (AIA). Since joining AIA in 2011, I have contributed to the development of key member tools, resources, and programs, including the 2030 Commitment and A&D Material Pledge. In my current role, I lead initiatives focused on member recruitment, retention, and engagement, collaborating closely with AIA’s growth team. I earned my M.Arch in 2011 and am a proud SCAD alum.
