TDSHS Legislative Update - Recent Texas Healthcare Projects

Mr. Gerard Van de Werken is the Director of the Architectural Section of the State Regulatory Services, Texas Department of State Health Services.  He will provide an overview of the impacts and revisions to Section 133 of the State Hospital Licensing Regulations coming from the most recent Texas Legislative Session. Additionally he will provide a brief overview of what’s been going on in healthcare in Texas from the eyes of the state review organization.

• Apply project information to active projects and current assignments for improved facilities
