Today's practice leaders face new challenges and opportunities—the Practice Management Luncheon invites speakers to share their personal and professional experiences while provide attendees a chance to network with others over a shared meal.
This year, we are excited to announce that our speaker will be Jeffrey E. Huber, FAIA, a partner at Brooks Scarpa Huber.
Huber’s presentation will examine how Brooks Scarpa Huber aligns design ambition with disciplined business practices, sharing the internal systems, decision-making frameworks, and operational strategies that support resilient, high-impact work across diverse project types.
