Greetings, Interfaith Design Community. I discovered this forum while renewing my AIA membership and wish I had known about it sooner.

We would like to invite anyone interested to Winter Studio 2026, a four-day professional gathering hosted by 100 Fold Studio, taking place January 22–25 on the University of Virginia campus in Charlottesville.

Winter Studio brings together architects, designers, educators, and students who are exploring the integration of design excellence, contextual awareness, and faith-based values in practice. This year's theme, Designing in Context, will focus on how place, narrative, and culture shape thoughtful architectural work and leadership. The conference includes keynote sessions, UVA campus tours, worship gatherings, and opportunities for meaningful professional connection.

    Event Details

    • Location: Charlottesville, Virginia - University of Virginia

    • Dates: January 22–25, 2026

    • Registration & Information

    • Travel & Lodging: Hotel accommodations and travel guidance are available on the registration page.

The deadline to register is January 7th (tomorrow), but if you are interested and need more time to confirm availability, please send me a message or an email to info@100foldstudio.org. We have over 70 people planning to attend, but we still have a few spaces before we hit our limit. Even if you cannot make it, please feel free to contact us if you are interested in connecting.

    Warm regards,

Yes, I went to my first Winter Studio last year and found it to be amazingly encouraging and challenging. Make plans! :)
