How do you gather and use client feedback during design?

What's your method for collecting feedback, and how do you make sure it's actionable?

    Bluebeam studio sessions
We invite our client to the session - where they and their staff can record any comments on the design - we then make it a rule that every comment has to be responded to in the bluebeam session - then we export the bluebeam comments to an excel file - send them that in addition to the PDF with all the comments.

Super interesting, do you have client-dedicated BB sessions?

Does your team do traditional charrette-style presentations or a combination? If yes, how do you record the feedback?
