  • 1.  The AIA AI Firm Toolkit is here. Thank you for helping to make it happen!

    Posted 12 days ago

The AIA AI Task Force has been meeting regularly to develop practical, profession-specific guidance on AI adoption. Members across AIA's Knowledge Communities gave their time, shared feedback, and shaped what this resource became. Thank you.

The toolkit is free and interactive, covering AI maturity assessment, AI literacy, policy and ethics frameworks, and change management - with downloadable sample firm AI policy templates at no cost. Explore it at aifirmtoolkit.aia.org.

The Task Force will continue to update the toolkit as the technology and the profession evolve. We hope you'll share it with your colleagues and continue the conversation.

One of the key next steps identified is: Share knowledge openly-this is better figured out collectively. With that in mind, we would love to hear from you. How have you/your firm intentionally and safely utilized AI while also maintaining focus on human flourishing?

I was honored to help create this important resource as part of the AIA AI Task Force. It will improve over time with your feedback.

    Things to check out:

    • You can find a "Share Feedback" tab on the right
    • In the lower-right corner, there's a dedicated "toolkit" AI chat.
    • Downloadable AI Usage Policy starter document.
