    So happy to see this nomination finally confirmed by the U.S. Senate!

    Since February 2021,     AIA has urged the Biden administration and Congress to nominate Professor Bronin as chair of the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation (ACHP) because of her significant contributions as a Mexican American architect, attorney, educator and policymaker specializing in historic preservation, property, land use, and climate change. In December 2022, the preservation community was thrilled to see her nomination confirmed by the U.S. Senate.
