It feels as if no time and at the same time a lot of time has passed since the large delays I saw during the pandemic. However, industries that were not delayed during the height of the pandemic are now showing signs of stress. I'm seeing more delays in thin ga. sheet metal, mineral wool insulation, etc.

Has anyone else been experiencing this? Are you seeing it tied to certain labor markets only?  I'm curious as to how everyone else is wading through the post-pandemic disruptors in CCA.

We are seeing extremely long lead times for electrical gear which is putting a strain some of our small projects with short schedules. Some subcontractor labor markets are stressed in Montana well. Most recently seeing this with landscapers and electricians across multiple projects.
