I know of the AIA's Design-Build Family of documents, but as far as I'm aware these are for individual (one-off) projects. I also realize there exist a suite of Master Agreement and Service/Work Order documents, but my understanding is that these follow traditional agreement structures (ie, Owner-Architect, Architect-Consultant; Owner-Contractor, Contractor-Subcontractor).
Are there any documents available, or do the available documents by default provide for, a Master Agreement between Design-Builder (Contractor) and Architect? It would be helpful if such arrangement exists within the existing document library, without having to heavily modify or merge agreements across the families.
