    Aloha Lisa and Everyone,

I won't be able to join in on the call; however, I hope that there might a discussion on re-starting our annual fall justice conferences. For over 30 years, even when the AAJ was the CAJ (Committee on Architecture for Justice), I benefitted greatly from the justice conferences. I was able to visit so many different locales (even Toronto) to view new/interesting justice projects and programs; and network with administrators, staff, users, etc. to gain much information and focus on justice architecture. It allowed me to share that input from all over the country (even Toronto) with our administrators and decision-makers here in Hawaii. Our 2016 AAJ conference in Hawaii was very productive ... thanks to Lorenzo and his leadership group.

Networking and getting together with so many attendees is invaluable. I have been very fortunate to have learned so much from Steve Carter, Charles Silverman, Ken Bensimon, Randy Dhar and so many others. Our 2016 conference here in Hawaii allowed our local justice and professional communities to gain so much knowledge.

I will be in Boston and look forward to seeing you there.

    Best Regards.

    Dwight
