The panel highlights the last three affordable housing winners of the COTE Top Ten Award: Coliseum Place by David Baker Architects (2025), Casa Adelante by Mithun (2024), and Pacific Landing by Patrick Tighe Architecture (2023). Panelists will discuss strategies for setting and achieving ambitious sustainability goals with clients, and how their projects advance climate performance and equity, despite operating within tight resource constraints.
