For the last 7-8 years we have been using ShareFile (which is similar to dropbox) and simply set up folders for contractors to drop submittals and RFIs and another folder where we drop the files once they're reviewed. Most everything else is done via email. Some projects we have used SubmittalExchange or Procore but usually only if it's set up by the Construction Manager.

I'm now looking for a more robust solution that we control. I used Newforma Project Cloud (which I don't think exists anymore) on a project years ago, and I'm going to look into Newforma's current products and Tonic DM which I read about in this post, but in doing some google research I came across this product: "Part3" https://www.part3.io. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with it; it looks like a newer product with a lot of "AI" features. I'm open to other suggestions as well.

We're a ~40-person architecture firm; most of our projects are public bid K12 and Higher Ed renovations and addition in the $5 to $20 million range.

We're a 60 person firm in S&T and corporate work, and we've been happy Part 3 customers for a few years. Interface is easy to use. I really like their stats pages which show how projects are performing in regards to RFI and submittal turn around times.

We're in the early stages of talking with Part3. Seems like it will help us.  70 person, 7 office firm, about the same project type and size as you Steven. We have a dedicated staff member who leads CA for us though.
