  • 1.  APT Conference Funding Opportunities - June 30 Deadline

    Posted 2 hours ago
The Association for Preservation Technology (APT) is currently accepting applications through June 30 for two programs that provide financial support for travel and attendance at our Annual Conference in Indianapolis October 37-30.
The APT Getty Fellows Program is an initiative designed to broaden the diversity of perspectives and experiences represented at our conference and strengthen the APT community. With the generous support from Getty, this program will bring equity-focused and international professionals from around the world to attend the APT Annual Conference in Indianapolis. It is open to domestic applicants and international professionals from countries with emerging economies who are historically underrepresented and/or have limited access to professional development funding.

The APT Equity Scholars Program provides funding to students to attend APT's annual conference. It is available to college students, graduate students, or participants in a trades apprenticeship program. Applicants must demonstrate how their background, experience, or work will bring a perspective not currently well represented in the preservation field.
Please consider submitting yourself if you qualify and spread the word and encourage others in your network to apply!!!
And ... even if you don't fit the requirements of these opportunities, please register for the APT Conference. Early bird rates won't last forever! (Sponsorship and exhibitor opportunities are available too, although our exhibit hall is filling up fast!)
