Being a peer reviewer is an important step in getting the right content for the conference, and it would be great to have more CCA-minded folks from this community be part of that. I reviewed submissions for the first time last year and it was good to be part of the process. Also, as a past submitter, it gave an understanding of what reviewers see from a submission and how proposals are scored from the peer reviewer. 

Having been to several conferences, I always try to pack my schedule with sessions on practice management, in particular CCA related sessions, leadership, and project delivery. Everyone goes to the conference for different reasons and looking for different things to get out of it. There is a need for variety of content, however, I would love to see more CCA content! It is critical aspect of our profession and applicable to all firm sizes.
