Hi all, I'm the 2026 Chair of the Texas Society of Architects COTE and a member of the AIA 2030 Working Group. This February, TxA COTE is planning a two-part webinar series focused on the AIA 2030 Commitment, and we're looking for people interested in presenting or sharing their experience.
We are looking to do two parts:
The goal of these webinars is to encourage broader participation in the 2030 Commitment by demystifying both operational energy and embodied carbon reporting. Through real project examples, the sessions will highlight practical tools, workflows, and strategies that make reporting more approachable and easier to integrate into everyday practice. Our primary target is those in Texas, so Texas examples and firms are preferred, but all are welcome.
If you are interested in being a speaker or know someone who would be a good fit please let me know asap! We are looking for smaller firms or solo practitioners who could speak to their experience as well.
