I will talk to my insurance but at the same time I am contacting AIA to have AIA start some dialog with the City on behalf of our profession to amend the language. As Mr.
Frederick Butters posted I believe this agreement is a warranty which goes beyond standards of professional care and may void insurance coverage - a deadly business proposition. I will keep you posted.
