I would start by contacting your local
Regional ADA National Network Center. These cover the entire country and can be found at
http://adata.org/Static/Home.aspx
. They offer excellent training, advice and assistance. often (or always?) at no cost. They may not be equipped to handle your needs directly but can likely help you find consultants if needed.
