At drawing the floor plan for a small home, I asked where is the North orientation? The responce was: "Do not worry where the North orientation is!! We are going to install a huge AVAC up on the roof". Rural Architects from the South border down, when designing, visit the site, lick their index finger, raise it above their heads to find out where is the wind blowing from, look around the site to find the materials available and voila, there is a building. Ehem! a GREEN BUILDING, that is.
