I understood the original message inquiring about offering construction document services while awaiting obtaining licensure. If this was the question then what would make this individual any different from the "companies" overseas like in India that produce construction documents for US Architectural firms? Our liability insurance company had a seminar on this a year or so ago and said that you have to be careful using those overseas "companies" because they do not carry liability insurance and that you have to thoroughly review the drawings they produce for you. It also brought up a very good question about how can a licensed architect really properly and legally oversee the production of the construction documents when they are produced outside the firm's office and in that case overseas.
