I am tracking a list of architect firms that have actually signed a multi-party IPD contract. (Regardless of what stage the project is in, even if the project has not started yet.)
Does anyone have a list of architectural firms that have signed a multi-party contract? If you have a list or even know a name of a firm that has signed a multi-party contract, please share it by replying to the group or emailing me directly at
mkenig@holder.com.
I am also trying to track which contract they have signed (ie Sutter IFOA, ConsensusDOCS, AIA?) and the project name where the multi-party contract was used. Once I have a good list, I will gladly share it.
