For those of you who could not make the REC reception last night at Redwood in Bethesda Row, you missed a great party. Lots of new folks joined Advisory Group members Kiku Obata, Jeff Gunning and myself, along with our ever ready staff person, Doug Paul and the speakers from the Bethesda Row presentation - David Kitchens of Cooper Cary, John Freeman, and Bethesda Row resident, and John Tschiderer of Federal Realty for a great evening. As is our style, we lucked out at Bethesda Row with an outdoor fashion show in the Lane in front of Redwood, so the entire area was even more active and energetic that normal (not to mention the models and, apparently some folks from the 'Housewives of somewhere' - you can tell it's not on my watch list!). All in all, a great event. Thanks to all who could make it, and we've already started planning for next year in Denver. If you have suggestions for a venue there, let us know.
