I'm trying to craft a 'story' for my presentation, about the reasons to incorporate sustainability in my clients project, so both examples and discussion points are helpful.
The obvious ones, Energy cost savings and Marketing value are good, but it's been hard to quantify the value of the energy savings with hard data, and the marketing value is more important to some (retailers who are focused on healthy living more so than say auto parts stores). As we all know, this market in particular wants to see the numbers.
Seems to me a compelling case would benefit us all. Keep the knowledge and experience coming.
