    Destiny USA isn't only the name of the project that's on track to become the largest LEED Gold-certified retail building in the country and the first to boast only LEED Gold-certified tenants, it might also be a metaphor for the evolution of the American shopping mall.     Michael:

    This is great!  I'm looking for other examples of sustainable retail projects to incorporate into a presentation to a developer client to convince them sustainability in retail is not 'tree hugger' stuff, but normal and part of 'good design'.

    Anybody else have examples of LEED certified, or simply energy efficient retail/mixed use projects?
