In an effort to learn more about how AIA members use and implement the Lean Design and Construction process, we’d like to ask for a few minutes of your time to take part in the AIA Lean Design and Construction Survey. The fourteen question survey will not only help AIA staff gage how often members use the Lean principle (or not), but it will also help evaluate the need for further education and communication regarding the Lean process.
