    I discovered my stamp had been stolen and signature forged a few months ago on a project that was under construction.  If this happens to you, call your State board and report it and then the jurisdiction who issued the permit and have them pull the permit and stop work.  Each will have you follow up with a notarized letter and back up info.

    Wow, that is just low.

    Heard about a similar incident earlier today, from the Texas Board of Architectural Examiners Chair at our local AIA chapter meeting.

    The person that copied my stamp somehow and forged my signature was someone I used to work with and considered a friend.
