    Answer to Question #9 = C, $100,000-$150,000

    The house had a budget of $25,000-$50,000 but ended up well over $100,000. This includes the house, the boat house, the custom gate and the large outdoor fire pit.  If an average home at the time was around $8000, you can see how expensive this one really was!
