It's been ten years since the idea of CORA was first conceived and created as a forum, a continual gathering with our colleagues, to discuss our chosen profession: residential architecture.
Now ten years later, CORA carries on because there are chapters and communities that are continually being formed throughout the country. But time brings change and the need for new blood. Founders Dennis Wedlick and Jeremiah Eck both feel it is time to pass the baton to others who can give CORA the renewed energy and enthusiasm they have given it over the past decade. Graciously, one of the founders, Duo Dickinson, still remains committed to acting as a central communication center for CORA members where he will share his CORA experience and wisdom with past and future members.
We can no longer afford to offer only exclusivity as the path to a better American house. Now, more than ever, we must offer a more inclusive, industry wide approach if we are to have any hope for a better house for those who will surely need them in our future. We look forward to seeing you all at Reinvention in the hope that you will help us carry on the cause that is CORA.

60 WORDS ' A Bottom-up Future for Our Profession: CORA Leads by Listening
If you attend the CORA gathering at Reinvention in Phoenix on December 9th you are asked to present 60 words on the topic of "The Future of Residential Architecture."
These unedited observations/questions/suggestions (save for word count and scatological or absurd content), will be gathered to create a book called 60 WORDS. Each contributor will receive 4 copies of the book at the conference.
ALL those attending will receive a book prior to the conference so that a discussion can be had about any of the talking points.
Everyone attending Reinvention will receive an electronic version of the book, and it will be posted on the CORA website.
Submissions and warrant of attendance are due no later than November 15th, 2011.
