ANSWER TO TRIVIA QUESTION #1: B The Aladdin Company

This company existed from 1906 to 1987 and operated out of Bay City, MI. It's main competitors were Sears, Roebuck and Company and Montgomery Ward. The Aladdin Company often marketed to industrial companies who would build their houses around new manufacturing plants. One example is DuPont who built many houses in Hopewell, VA.  Many of their plans catalogues can be found for purchase online and show potential buyers how to BIY (Build-It-Yourself).
