Warning: AIA reformatted the layout of B105-2007 on the last printing, and pg1 & pg3 layouts are different
If you use a template to fill in the blanks, you will need to reformat it. I don't recall any announcement of this revision, and the last order of documents I made came with a mixed batch of new and old versions of the contract. It would be bad for somebody to present their client with two different version of the agreement, so look carefully at your document.
The new version has a very small marker in the lower right corner of the coversheet and first page that says "121710ACD44". No idea what that means.
I can understand the revision. The new B105 first page layout was terrible, providing much too much space for the names and addresses, and not enough space for the project description. The revised version is more in line with the proportion of the old B155. I don't know the reason for the reformatting of page 3 however.
