Longevity in market place helps too. But longevity is doing the above as well.
Another tip
When you find yourself in restaurant and see a client or a trade partner/s such as a decorator, interior designer, builder. Ask the waiter to put their bill on yours. The response is overwhelming good will. They go out of their way to nice things to others.
The cost of the meal is nothing when compared to paid ads.
