I received this media request:
I'm working on a feature for Ocean Home magazine on a Top Ten list of oceanfront homes for sale in the U.S. Price will obviously be a predominant factor in compiling the list(the higher the better). Location (close proximity to the water) isanother.Architecture and design as well.
Location: New England, Mid-Atlantic (Kiawah, Sea Island, Tybee Island, Outer Banks, etc), Gulf Coast, California (Northern and Southern),Pacific Northwest, Hawaii, and even a Puerto Rico property.
Would want to talk to architects and owners as well.
