    Hi all -

    This is a first.  If you have done any high end design for what would be considered a bachelor or bachelorette pad (is this 2013 or 1975?) that includes technical bells & whistles, advanced soundproofing and the like - the Wall St. Journal would like to hear from you.  Please contact the reporter by Monday 2/5 and copy me at sfrank@aia.org.  Also - please send only lo-res images or an online gallery.
