Regarding residential codes in Georgia is there any way to find out the first time they required vapor barrier on exterior sheathing in a residential application under siding or exterior finish? I believe it was Southern Building Code Congress that is now part of ICC and you have to be a member now to ask them questions, I am not.
Any help or source would be appreciated.
