Stop Work for Archeology in Contract?

  • 1.  Stop Work for Archeology in Contract?

    Can anyone steer me to a source for the case law or other quidance supporting the clause that addresses stopping work for discoveries?  I'd like to persuade someone to be more precise about how much time the contractor must stop in the area of a discovery before additional payment becomes necessary.
