We were able to restore the profile of hail-damaged copper "tiles" by carefully hand-working them back into original shape, soldering tears, and repairing splits from the back side. This process has been repeated twice due to severe storms. The second time, we filled the back sides of the "tiles" with high density foam. The 112 year old "tiles" look great and are continuing to perform well.
