Call for submission of Case Studies
The Getty Conservation Institute (GCI) is pleased to announce a
new publication series featuring cases studies that demonstrate
practical solutions to typical material conservation issues affecting
modern architecture.
The first volume in the series is on concrete conservation. The GCI
is interested in receiving potential case studies for publication that
exemplify sound practice and cover a range of typical challenges
facing concrete buildings from around the world.

The early submission deadline is less than a month away for the 2015
Modernism in America Awards in the following categories of Design,
Inventory/Survey and Advocacy. Be sure to visit the
Modernism in America Awards page for more information regarding
submission criteria and important dates.
Early submissions are due by January 9, 2015 and all submissions are
