Jennifer Henriksen, Project Architect in our Ann Arbor office, is the last speaker of the day, and she will be presenting QEA projects that rehabilitate and bring life to Midtown Detroit. Slowly, Detroit's Midtown is becoming a destination, and retention of existing buildings has been the key. The finished projects are filled with new residents and patrons almost before they open, and stimulate others to do the same. Jennifer's presentation will be a great bookend to Bob Silman's keynote opening of the 1-day conference.
