BIM - Assisted Facility Management Survey

The University of Florida's Center for Advanced Construction Information Modeling (CACIM) has developed a research questionnaire to assess Building Information Modeling (BIM) implementation in the Operation and Maintenance phase of a building's life cycle. It is designed to evaluate how BIM is being used post-construction and whether Operations and Maintenance factors are considered early on in the design and construction process.
Below is a link to a brief survey of 28 questions hosted on Zoomerang which is divided into two parts:
Part I: Demographics
Part II: BIM-Assisted Operations and Maintenance
All responses will remain confidential and the results will be used for research purposes only. To express our gratitude for your generous participation, you will receive a short summary of the study and its findings via email before April 15, 2012.
