Dear BIM educators and professionals,
In our continuing effort to improve BIM education this survey from Dr. Issa (UFL) and Dr. Wu (GSU) attempts to benchmark BIM education from a career development perspective. As BIM is being increasingly adopted by the industry, new job titles related to BIM are also becoming popular. College BIM education will benefit from an understanding of this emerging job market, while companies will be able to recruit better prepared college graduates to fill their BIM positions.
This survey invites both academia and industry professionals to provide input to the whole picture of the issue under investigation. This survey will take about 15-20 minutes. Thank you for your time in advance!
