I would recommend taking a look at SpecLink. One of the wonders of that program is the ease with which you can import sections into the program, I've done it dozens of times. You must convert the section to a RTF file and format the section name and number as directed, then it's just a couple of clicks. I have always had to fiddle with the formatting some, the import process is not perfect, and then I make some changes to match the SpecLink style. Once you get the section into SpecLink it is there ready to use like any other section, you must keep it up to date of course.
