I would agree with the previous comments about the AIA website.  It's cluttered.  It's difficult to navigate.  I have spent more time than I wish trying to find my education credits and trying to post new ones.  I have had difficulty finding a way to get from the public site to the members' site.  Even getting information about the National Convention has been difficult.

    In sum, it needs work.

Maybe my browsers all have super-powers, but I find the website to be as straight-forward as any big site I use each day. Three clicks and I'm in, another and I have my transcript. And that's starting at the AIA home page. If I simply bookmark the Learnflex page it's one click. Then right there under a big red tab it says "transcript". Pretty easy.

No doubt the website design is pretty unattractive, but it works just fine for me. At least for someone who uses the Internet all day every day across multiple devices. I'm not saying it's perfect, mind you. But nothing could be worse than the previous CE system.
