Several of us have been addressing this issue in similar ways, namely that it is time to change the education of future building sector professionals - not just architects.

One such effort is our Change.org petition to NAAB, which we hope the readers will sign and pass on to their colleagues:

Another is a 21st Century Architect's Skill Set, which Bob Koester and I co-authored. It is too long to include, but we'll gladly send it to anybody who wishes to receive it and who will hopefully use it to inspire not only their own institutions to change their curricula so that not only the Tools, Skills and Methods are taught, but that a true interdisciplinary studio culture is adopted.
