AIA Design Build and Integrated Project Delivery Contract families list "Dedicated Extranets" as reimbursable expenses provided by either the Architect of Contractor. When these Dedicated Extranets are provided, information exchanges are replaced with real time access for all authorized users to these networks. Securities are managed by the network administrator.
Contracts should be written to make clear that information contained and extracted from a project's Dedicated Extranet not be construed as a representation of Contract Documents unless specifically contained within an an identified Folder.
