    Everyone,

Is anyone else having as hard a time with the new AIA Transcript service? I have over 8 credit hours that I have yet to receive credit on my Transcript.  I have been battling with the InfoCentral and the AIAMemberCareCES (misnomer) people for over a month now. Some of these courses I took last March. I have checked with the people who put on the CES programs and all the information has been sent in to AIA. No one seems to have a solution. They think its operator error. I know the operator and its not him. :)

    Any Solutions out there?

    Richard,

I also have experience with delays in postings, in particular, credits for events associated with the Professional Development Conference hosted by my local Chapter, AIA Chicago, in September have not yet been posted. Our Chapter representative was informed that there would be some delays in posting due to the change in transcript system, but it appears that there continue to be some glitches.

However, I have also had sucess in adding missing credits from the National Convention in June through help with OU Outreach Registration and Records.

I had the same problem but prior to this new system.  AIA asked me to check with the CES provider for the seminar and they had sent the info to the AIA.  Eventually the provider had to resend it and credit was finally given.  It took a lot of telephone time.

That was of course the old system and I really don't know if the submission of info from the seminar providers is any different now than it was before.

I would ask them to resubmit to the AIA.

    Good Luck!
