As past web-master for AIA-NJ I know how frustrating e-material can be. However, I had success with accessing the page by doing the following:
I first logged in to AIA.org. From that screen, I pasted the URL link
http://aia.learnflex.net/users/index.aspx into the address bar. I found the self report screen as one of the red tabs below the banner. Using the link is simple.
As to why sometimes the regular page link loops endlessley I have no idea, I do know that errors can happen, I hope someone addresses that issue, it may just be the clarity of the example vs actual link button.
