    Three weeks ago, U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder spoke at the National Association of Counties. He discussed several topics surrounding how to improve the juvenile justice system, and how even in these hard economic times, it "makes good economic sense".

    Thank you, Timothy, for posting this article.  The economic crisis is a good opportunity to look at what we can do to reduce operational costs and increase effectiveness.  Prevention is perhaps difficult to measure but certainly the most sustainable approach.
